Why does Test Zone Diagnostic Centre Repeats Patient samples?

We at Test Zone Diagnostic Centre believe in quality and accuracy of tests. If our lab staff or doctors are not satisfied with the quality/quantity of the sample or with the results of the tests, then they ask for a sample again to ensure the accuracy of results. We do not charge for the repeated tests and if the patient is not willing to give the sample again then we refund the test money.

Why can’t I view my Reports Online?

Possible cause of this can be any pending dues. Please pay your dues in order to be able to view your results online or get a copy of it from our branch. If that is not the case you can call our helpline.

How Can I get My Reports?

You can easily download your reports from our website by entering patient and case number. You can also collect reports from your nearest collection center. We will soon release Test Zone Diagnostic Centre smartphone app that you can download and view your reports directly from your phone. We can email you the reports or can also send your reports on your WhatsApp.

Can I, as a patient, take my slides to another doctor or hospital for a second opinion?

Yes, you can take the slides by submitting slide request form and payment against expenses for slides preparation. We will provide your slides within 24 hours of request. We keep them safe for maximum 5 years.

Can I collect my reports from a city other than where I gave the sample?

Yes. Please visit the nearest Test Zone Diagnostic Centre branch with your patient number and our staff will provide you with your reports.
