For the detection of viruses (Qualitative and Quantitative), real time PCR is performed and fully automared instrument are used for DNA and RNA extraction. Average workload in PCR section is more then 100 samples per day. PCR section is running ynder the supervision of qualified staff.

Routine Clinical chemistry section is performing various routine test by using fully automated, semi automated and manual instruments. Internal Quality Control (Bio-Rad) and External Quality Control (ESFEQA) program is run on daily and weekly basis to ensure the reliablility of each test.
The Special Clinical Biochemistry section provides an extensive range of testing services to all associated centers. This section is equipped with fully automated and top best instruments and the reliability of results are ensure by running internal and external quality control program on daily and weekly basis.
Performing various routine and special Hematology test by utilizing the lastst technologies to provide the most accurate result. Complete blood count (CBC) is carred out on five parts differential analyzer (Beckman
Coukter). HPLC based instrument Tosoh G-8 Japan instrument is used ofr Hemoglobin fractions (HbA, HbA2, HbF).
Microbiology section focuses on all aspects of patients infections from testing samples to identifying bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic agents that are contributing to the infectious process, to determining the
susceptibility of microorganisms to various antimicrobial agents, and reporting the result to healthcare providers.
